Don’t ever buy this product

If I could give this company a half star or none I would. I bought this product on August 13 2024 and it took them days to respond to my multiple emails stating that I wanted a return because the product was defective and didn’t fit my Kia optima front and badge like it stated it would. The company got me to send them 10 pictures to prove what I was saying and they would constantly make excuses so they didn’t give me $40 back. After we exchanged 20 emails the result was that they were never intending to give me a refund anyway. Under this product in the website it says easy returns but that is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard in my life. Never buy this product or any other product from this company because it is different than what they say and your money is gone the moment you click order.

You purchased the product 7 days ago and we asked that you send us pictures of the product. There were only 4 pictures sent. This was to ensure that the product was not misprinted/damaged/defective.

There is a size guide on the product page that shows the measurements of the product and the pictures you sent showed the correct measurements of the product and that the product was in good condition.

We apologize that the product is not defective and is the correct size and that we cannot issue a refund for that.
